Milk Teeth; Beginning Growth of Your Child's Teeth

Milk teeth is growing later than 17 months old. . Although your child's  bright teeth will loose, do not treat it as a temporary thing. Healthy baby teeth are important for children to learn to chew, speak clearly, smile confidently and to ensure that permanent teeth will appear correctly.

Dental disease is the most common diseases suffered by the children. The 2007 report from the Center for
Assessed Control and Prevention says that 28% of them have cavities in baby teeth.This happens because parents rarely notice their child's milk teeth.


Dental check at the beginning time of milk teeth is at 1 year old. Dentist can quickly find early signs of plaque formation and tooth decay. The doctor will also make sure the teeth, mouth and throat of children formed correctly.

The dentist will spend time to discuss your child's milk teeth and ask your extra attention (for example, about the pain in the gums, or when teeth begin to grow). And do not expect toddlers to be patient, but doctors will try to look into the child's mouth to check his teeth.

Brush your child's milk teeth 2 times a day, after breakfast and when going to sleep. if your child do not have
teeth yet, wrap your fingers with a damp cloth and  clean his gums
slowly. It will get his plaque away and help him get used to feel there is something in his mouth. so when his teeth appear,change to a special baby toothbrush.

"When you have an infection of the gums and teeth around it, then the infection can get into your body easily. So for you who have a history of heart disease, then you should be more aware with the oral health," said Cram.


- Oral cancer
When you check your oral health, then they (the dentists) can find swollen or red area, ulcerated areas and all conditions of the oral cavity is far from normal conditions.Oral cancer is often not to show anything. It's too difficult for you to pay attention the problems in the oral cavity. Typically, the risk of oral cancer is for  smokers and alcoholic.

-Difficulty of  teeth handling  for Diabetic
Handling of  the condition of teeth and gums can be different on diabetics, "said Cram." Diabetes will reduce body's ability to fight infection in the gums and problems of the teeth and gum health  will make patients difficult to control diabetes, "said Cram.

If you have a family history of diabetes,or you have diabetes, Cram suggest that you have to notify your condition at the dentist which will deal with you. Usually they will recommend you to check your health of mouth more often, three or four times in one year.

-Lack of nutrients
"By looking at the condition of the surface of the tongue and gums that are not maintained, doctor of Your teeth can catch the signal that you're deficiency of certain vitamins and nutrients.
