The Healthy Teeth , How to Get it?

1.Avoid foods that are sticky on the teeth, because it will leave spots.

9.Try brushing your teeth for 3 minutes every time you brush your teeth.

10.Rub the brush slowly in order not to damage the sensitive gums.

11.Rub all parts of the tooth, not least on the inside of the tooth.

12.Do not forget your tongue and palate to eliminate bacteria brush.

13.Consult a dentist regularly to the dentist every six months.
